Leads program delivery. Meets weekly with PSLs for 15 minutes to align on goals, review progress, and plan engagement.
Partner Support Liaison (PSL)
Supports classroom coordination, and engagement.
Career Connector
High-performing alumni (age 14+) serve as a paid peer leader, offering peer mentorship and added program support.
Quality Assurance
All CPFs undergo ongoing professional development to continuously strengthen program quality and PSL support.

5 peers who guide Career Cohorts and support classroom coordination.
